| چکیده | ||
| با پایان جنگ جهانی دوم، منطقه خاورمیانه با چالش‌های ژئوپلیتیک جدیدی روبه‌رو شد که تأثیر محیط پیرامونی بر مناسبات منطقه را افزایش داد. یکی از این چالش‌ها، استقلال اقمار امپراطوری عثمانی بود که تحت تاثیر آن رژیم صهیونیستی در سال 1948 در نقشه سیاسی جهان متولد شد و بواسطه اختلافات جدی با کشورهای منطقه زمینه گسترش بحران‌های منطقه‌ای را فراهم ساخت. با این وجود تحت تاثیر تحولات منطقه‌ای، گسترش فرایند همگرایی و عادی‌سازی روابط بین کشورهای عربی منطقه و اسراییل بیش از سایر اتحادهای منطقه‌ای قابل توجه می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر درصدد تبیین کارایی نظریه‌ی نوکارکردگرایی در تحلیل مسائل و پویش‌های مربوط به عادی‌سازی روابط بین کشورهای عربی و اسراییل است. از این رو، سؤال اصلی آن است که میزان کارکرد نظریه نوکارکردگرایی در تحلیل مسائل و تعاملات بین کشورهای عربی و اسراییل تا چه اندازه است و چگونه با کاربرد این نظریه می‌توان به فهم مناسبات مذکور دست یافت؟ در پاسخ به این پرسش این فرضیه مطرح می‌شود که نظریه‌ی نوکارکردگرایی بواسطه نگاه چند بعدی و ضرورت بررسی توأمان فهم اجتماعی تحولات و فهم روابط قدرت، کارایی بالایی در تحلیل روابط طرفین دارد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که از یک سو بروز تهدیدات مشترک و از سوی دیگر فشارهای بیرونی و هم‌چنین سیاسی شدن و تسری گام به گام در سطوح سیاسی، کارکردی و نهادی ازجمله عوامل موثر در بروز همگرایی و تقویت فرایند عادی‌سازی روابط میان اعراب و اسراییل گردیده است. | ||

| With the end of World War II, the Middle East region faced new geopolitical challenges that increased the influence of the surrounding environment on regional relations.One of these challenges was the independence of the satellites of the Ottoman Empire, under the influence of which the Zionist was born on the political map of the world in 1948, and due to serious differences with the countries of the region, provided the basis for the spread of regional crises. current research tries to explain the effectiveness of the theory of neo-functionalism in the analysis of issues and campaigns related to the normalization of relations between Arab countries and Israel.Therefore, the main question is how effective is the theory of neo-functionalism in the analysis of issues and interactions between Arab countries and Israel, and how can the understanding of the aforementioned relations be achieved by using this theory? In response to this question, the hypothesis is proposed that the theory of neo-functionalism has a high efficiency in analyzing the relations of the parties due to the multi-dimensional view and the necessity of examining the social understanding of developments and the understanding of power relations. The results of the research indicate that, on the one hand, the occurrence of common threats, and on the other hand, external pressures, as well as politicization and spread step by step in the political, functional and institutional levels, among the effective factors in the occurrence of convergence and strengthening the process of normalizing relations. between Arabs and Israel | ||
