| چکیده | ||
| 1. هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی پیشرانهای موثر بر آینده استقلال مالی در فدراسیون‌های ورزشی (مطالعه موردی: فدراسیون فوتبال) بود. 2. روش: ماهیت روش پژوهش حاضر، آینده پژوهی، تحلیلی و اکتشافی بوده و از نظر هدف کاربردی که به صورت آمیخته با بکارگیری ترکیبی از مدلهای کیفی و کمی انجام شد. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند 15 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه، کارشناسان و مدیران فدراسیون فوتبال، مربیان فدراسیون فوتبال و پژوهشگران و تحلیل‌گران حوزه فوتبال به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جامعه مورد بررسی این پژوهش شامل بود که 15 نفر به عنوان نمونه تحت بررسی نتخاب شدند. و با کمک نرم افزار MicMac ضریب اهمیت و رتبه بندی روندها و فراروندهای ارائه مدل استقلال مالی در فدراسیون‌های ورزشی مشخص شد. 3. یافته‌های پژوهش: نتایج نشان داد عواملی همچون برنامه‌ریزی و پیش‌بینی مالی، مدیریت ریسک مالی و ارتقاء دانش و مهارت‌های مالی به عنوان عواملی کلیدی موثر در آینده استقلال مالی در فدراسیون فوتبال شناسایی شدند. از سویی مدیریت مالی، مدیریت مالیاتی و مدیریت بدهی و بودجه در رده دوم اهمیت قرار گرفتند. همچنین منابع مالی، بهره‌وری و بهینه‌سازی هزینه‌ها و ارزیابی عملکرد مالی در رده سوم قرار دارند. 4. نتیجه گیری: رشد مالی مزایای خود را دارد اما در عین حال خطرات بالقوه‌ای می‌تواند توسعه پایدار را تضعیف کند، لذا نیاز به رویکرد متعادل است. بنابراین، سیاست‌گذاران فدراسیون فوتبال باید ضمن تمرکز بر تقویت این محرک‌ها، سازوکارهای مدیریت ریسک مالی و تعادل منابع را تقویت نمایند. | ||

| Objective: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the drivers affecting the future of financial independence in sports federations, which was based on a case study of the Iranian Football Federation. Method: The nature of the present research method is futuristic, analytical, and exploratory, with a practical purpose, employing a mixed approach combining qualitative and quantitative models. In this study, using purposeful sampling, 15 individuals were selected as the sample, including university faculty members, experts and managers from the football federation, football coaches, and researchers and analysts in the field of football. The study population consisted of these groups, and 15 individuals were chosen as the sample. With the help of the MicMac software, the importance coefficient and ranking of trends and counter-trends were determined to develop a financial independence model for sports federations. Results: The results indicated that factors such as financial planning and forecasting, financial risk management, and enhancing financial knowledge and skills were identified as key influential factors in the future financial independence of the football federation. On the other hand, financial management, tax management, and debt and budget management were ranked as the second most important category. Additionally, financial resources, efficiency and cost optimization, and financial performance evaluation were placed in the third category. Conclusion: Financial growth, while offering significant benefits, can also pose potential risks that may undermine sustainable development. Consequently, football federation policymakers should focus on strengthening these drivers while also enhancing financial risk management mechanisms and ensuring resource equilibrium. | ||
