| The internal transcribed spacer regions of nuclear ribosomal DNA are widely used to infer phylogenetic relationships in plants. In this study, it was obtained the ITS sequences from 24 samples of Araceae in Iran, representing 3 genera: Arum L., Biarum Schott. and Eminium (Blume) Schott. Phylogenetic analyses were conducted by Bayesian inference and maximum Parsimony methods. Cladistic analysis of ITS dataset indicated that all species constituted a monophyletic clade, with no major subclades with robust support. Eminium lehmani Bge., Eminium intortum Banks and Sol. and Eminium alberti Rgl. were considered as outgroups. Biarum and Arum species were placed in a monophyletic clade as sister groups and B. platyspatum Bornm., B. Carduchorum Schott., and B. straussi Engl. were grouped in a monophyletic clade. A. maculatum L., A. giganteum Ghahreman, Some populations of A. conophalloides Schott and A. virescense Stapf. were placed in cluster I. Some populations of A. virescence and A. conophalloides were placed in cluster II, A. kotschyi Boiss. and A. korolkowii L. were placed in cluster III. All these three clades had poor supports. Arum giganteum Ghahreman was introduced as new species in Iran, but in Arum monograph it is mentioned as potentially equivalent to Arum rupicola Boiss. The data obtained from the molecular studies in this research could separate these two species and confirmed previous studies. | ||

| منطقه ITS از DNA ریبوزومی هسته ای به طور گسترده برای استنباط روابط فیلوژنتیکی در گیاهان مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. در مطالعه حاضر، توالی STI بیست و چهار نمونه از ایران در کنار سایر توالی‌های این جنس در بانک ژن از .Araceae L در ایران از جنس‌های .Arum L، .Schott Biarum و .Blume) Schott) Eminium مشخص گردید. آنالیز فیلوژنتیکی با روش‌های بایسین و Maximum Parsimony انجام گرفت. تحلیل کلادیستی روابط فیلوژنتیکی نشان داد تمامی گونه‌های متعلق به جنس Arum یک گروه تک نیا تشکیل می‌دهند. .Eminium lehmani Bge، Eminium intortum Banks و .Sol و.Rgl Eminium alberti برون گروه در نظر گرفته شد. گونه‌های .Biarum Schott و .Arum L به صورت خواهری در یک کلاد تک نیا قرار گرفتند.. B. Carduchorum، B. platyspathum و B. straussi در یک گروه تک نیا و اغلب گونه‌های جنس Arum در چندین شاخه تک نیا قرار گرفتند. در خوشه I ، A. maculatum، A. giganteum، بعضی از جمعیت‌های virescensce .A و A. conophalloides قرار گرفت. بعضی از جمعیت‌های A. virescensce و conophalloides .A در خوشه II گروه بندی شد. A. kotschyi و A. korolkowii در خوشه III گونه‌هایی با شباهت‌های زیاد بودند. تمام این شاخه‌های دارای شاخص حمایت ضعیفی بودند. A. giaganteum Ghahreman گونه ای است که به عنوان گونه جدید از ایران معرفی شده است ولی مونوگراف Arum ، این گونه را معادل Arum rupicola معرفی کرده است. آنالیزهای مولکولی این تحقیق، دوگونه را از هم جدا کرده و مطالعات قبلی را تایید کرده است. | ||
