چکیده | ||
هدف: پژوهش حاضر بررسی تطبیقی مشارکت سیاسی زنان در جمهوری اسلامی در مقایسه با سایر کشورها و مناطق اسلامی است. مشارکت سیاسی در این پژوهش فراتر از مشارکت تودهای مبتنی بر مشارکت در فرآیندهای انتخاباتی و رایگیری، یا شرکت در تظاهرات، بلکه مشارکت مؤثر زنان در پستهای مدیریتی و اجرایی و فرآیندهای تصمیمگیری کلان است. روش: روش مورد استفاده در این تحقیق توصیفی- تبیینی با استفاده از داده های آماری از منابع معتبر بین المللی ازجمله اتحادیه بین المجالس، مجمع جهانی اقتصاد، برنامه توسعه سازمان ملل متحد و همچنین آمار نهادها و سازمان های داخلی از جمله معاونت زنان نهاد ریاست جمهوری است.. یافته ها: در این راستا پژوهش حاضر به دو بخش تقسیم می شود. در بخش اول، برخی عوامل مؤثر بر مشارکت سیاسی زنان از جمله عوامل آموزشی و تربیتی، متغیرهای اقتصادی شامل درآمد ناخالص ملی زنان و همچنین وضعیت شغلی و اشتغال زنان و در نهایت زمینههای امنیتی بهعنوان یک عامل مهم در مشارکت سیاسی زنان مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در بخش دوم، وضعیت مشارکت سیاسی زنان در قالب نخبگی با دو شاخص تعداد کرسی های زنان در مجلس و همچنین شاخص توانمندسازی سیاسی زنان که شاخص کامل تری نسبت به میزان کرسی های مجلس است بررسی می شود. نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان دهنده ان است که علیرغم موقعیت میانی زنان ایرانی نسبت به زنان درسایرکشورها و مناطق اسلامی به لحاظ برخی شاخص های زمینه ای از جمله تحصیلات عالی، حضور قابل قبول در بخشهای اقتصادی و تولیدی و همچنین ارتقای زمینههای امنیتی ، اما میزان مشارکت سیاسی آنان کمتر از حد انتظار و قابل قبول بوده و در رده های پایین قرار دارد. | ||

Objective: The present study seeks to make a comparative study of women's political participation in the Islamic Republic compared to other Islamic countries and regions. Political participation in this study is beyond mass participation based on participation in electoral processes and voting or participating in demonstrations, but effective participation of women in managerial and executive position and decision-making processes. Method: The method used in this research is descriptive - explanatory using statistical data from reliable domestic and international sources such as the Inter-Parliamentary Union, the World Economic Forum, the United Nations Development Program, as well as statistics of domestic institutions and organizations such as the Vice President for Women. Finding: In this regard, the present study is divided into two parts. In the first part, some effective factors underpinning women's political participation, including educational and training factors, economic variables including women's gross national income, as well as women’s occupational and employment status and finally security backgrounds as an Important factor in women's political participation is examined. In the second part, the women’s political participation status in the form of elite is examined by two indicators, the number of women parliamentary seats, and also the women's political empowerment index, which is a more complete indicator than parliamentary seats. Conclusion: The results show that despite some appropriate contextual factors among Iranian women, including higher education, acceptable presence in the economic and productive sectors, as well as improving in their security backgrounds and the middle position of them among Muslim countries women in terms of this variable.but, the level of their political participation is less than expected and acceptable and is in the bottom ranks. | ||
