| چکیده | ||
| هدف: نظام اجتماعی افغانستان، با درهم‌تنیدگی‌های قومی، مذهبی و فکری، شرایطی پیچیده و تنش‌زا را ایجاد کرده است که در تعامل با امواج تمدن مدرن، دامنه این پیچیدگی‌ها افزایش یافته است. این شرایط اجتماعی طی چهل سال گذشته پیامدهای قابل‌توجهی برای محیط داخلی و پیرامونی افغانستان به همراه داشته است که به‌صورت جبری بر امنیت و سیاست خارجی ج.ا.ایران نیز اثرگذار بوده است.این مقاله به بررسی تأثیر نظام اجتماعی افغانستان بر امنیت متکثر ایران می‌پردازد. روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، توسعه‌ای و کاربردی است. روش تحقیق به‌کار رفته کیفی و از نوع تحلیل اسنادی بوده و داده‌ها با استفاده از فیش‌برداری جمع‌آوری شده‌اند. یافته‌ها: افغانستان دارای یک جامعه سه شکافی فعال است که این وضعیت، افغانستان را به محیطی تنش‌زا تبدیل می‌نماید. این شرایط، باعث شکل‌گیری یک‌چرخه مداوم تولید تنش در افغانستان و برون‌ریزی پیامدهای آن به ایران می‌شود و درنتیجه؛ ضریب امنیت ایران از منظر سیاسی، اقتصادی، نظامی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی درگذشته، حال و آینده تحت‌الشعاع قرار گرفته است. نتیجه‌گیری: شکاف‌های فعال در جامعه افغانستان دارای ویژگی‌هایی همچون سختی در تطبیق‌پذیری، پویایی، و تأثیرات فرامرزی هستند. این شکاف‌ها موجب ناامنی در افغانستان و به تبع آن، افزایش تهدیدات برای امنیت ایران شده‌اند. ازاین‌رو، مدیریت پیامدهای ناشی از این شکاف‌ها و توجه ویژه به نظام اجتماعی افغانستان در تدوین سیاست خارجی و امنیتی ایران امری اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. | ||

| Objective: Afghanistan’s social system, characterized by intertwined ethnic, religious, and ideological divisions, has created a complex and tension-prone environment. Interacting with waves of modern civilization, these complexities have further deepened. Over the past four decades, these social conditions have had significant consequences for Afghanistan's domestic and regional environment, which have inevitably influenced the security and foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This article examines the impact of Afghanistan’s social structure on Iran’s multidimensional (comprehensive) security. Method: This research is developmental and applied in nature. It employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing document analysis. Data were collected through note-taking from various sources. Findings: Afghanistan possesses a tri-cleavage active society, which has turned the country into a source of ongoing tension. This condition has led to a persistent cycle of conflict generation within Afghanistan, with spillover effects on Iran. Consequently, Iran’s security—politically, economically, militarily, socially, and culturally—has been affected in the past, present, and is likely to be impacted in the future. Conclusion: The active cleavages in Afghan society are marked by features such as resistance to adaptation, dynamism, and transboundary impacts. These cleavages have not only destabilized Afghanistan but have also elevated threats to Iran’s security. Therefore, managing the consequences of these cleavages and paying close attention to Afghanistan’s social system are essential and unavoidable in shaping Iran’s foreign and security policy. | ||
