|Language is the most important and prominent means of communication and the most significant support of human thought and the best source of literary and aesthetic creativity. Among these, the value of knowing, understanding and teaching a second language in scientific, intellectual, cultural and political interactions and relations in national and international arenas is not hidden from anyone.|
The nature and existence of language has attracted the attention of researchers specializing in linguistics and interdisciplinary science. In today's fast-paced world, many journals and publications are active in providing research on methods and style of teaching a second language and producing language teaching content concentrating on teaching and analyzing languages.
Journal of Persian Language Teaching is the only scientific journal in the country with a valuable and acceptable quality for those interested in teaching and learning Persian. It has long been very specialized in presenting and publishing experts and researchers’ studies carried out in the field of language teaching and research. In this way and purpose, it invites all experts and researchers in the country and the world, who contribute to the teaching of language by trying to provide studies and research contributing to the promotion and advancement of the goals of this journal.
This research paper focuses on major topics such as: language, techniques and methods of language teaching, content production, critiques of works and content produced in teaching Persian to non-Persian speakers. It tries to help the Persian language teaching process with a new approach and a broad range. It contributes to creating a suitable platform for Iran's cultural and intellectual interactions with the world, because every language learner is an ambassador of culture and thoughts of a second language that has learned and will undoubtedly mediate interaction, friendship and connection of different nations beyond any geographical and political boundaries.
As the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Teaching Persian to Speakers of Other Languages, I would like to thank all the experts and researchers in the field of Persian language and language teaching who have been and will be the source of enrichment of this journal and I will warmly welcome all.
